BlackRock crosses a threshold at Bureau Veritas

BlackRock now holds 28,498,849 shares, representing 6.28% of the share capital and 4.92% of the company's voting rights.

This decrease resulted from the sale of Bureau Veritas shares on the market, which also reduced the number of shares held as collateral. Bureau Veritas, listed on Euronext Paris, has a share capital of 453,887,720 shares. Voting rights amount to 579,586,610, in accordance with the general regulations.
