Bureau Veritas announced the termination of its liquidity contract with BNP Paribas Exane as of December 31, 2024. The termination aimed at changing the investment services provider handling its share liquidity. Subsequently, a new contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel commenced on January 7, 2025.

At the conclusion of the previous contract, the liquidity account held 136,310 shares and €6,881,827.33 in cash. Bureau Veritas appointed Rothschild Martin Maurel for a year-long liquidity and market surveillance contract, tacitly renewable, on Euronext Paris. This contract aligns with AMF regulations and the AMAFI code of conduct.

The new contract can be suspended under specific AMF conditions or technical reasons from Bureau Veritas. Termination rights are retained by either party, with Bureau Veritas able to do so without notice, while Rothschild Martin Maurel requires a one-month notice.
