Burelle's declaration of voting rights at the end of April 2025

Burelle SA, listed on Euronext Paris Compartment B, has published its voting rights declaration as of April 30, 2025. The company, with a share capital of 1,757,623 shares, declares a total of 3,275,091 gross voting rights and 3,270,357 net voting rights. Burelle mainly controls three subsidiaries: OPmobility SE, Sofiparc, and Burelle Participations.

OPmobility, a Burelle subsidiary, specializes in the design and production of exterior systems, lighting, complex modules, energy storage systems, as well as battery and hydrogen electrification solutions for the mobility sector. The company employs 38,900 people across 28 countries. It is also listed on Euronext Paris Compartment A and is included in the SBF 120 and CAC Mid 60 indices.
