On August 12, 2024, Burelle SA published a statement on its voting rights as of July 31, 2024. The company, with a share capital of €26,364,345, had 1,757,623 shares on that date.
The gross number of voting rights was 3,244,950, while the net number of voting rights was 3,240,222. Burelle, listed on Euronext Paris Compartment B, has three main subsidiaries: OPmobility, Sofiparc and Burelle Participations.
OPmobility, formerly Compagnie Plastic Omnium SE, develops systems for mobility and employs 40,300 people in 28 countries. The subsidiary is also listed on Euronext Paris Compartment A and is part of the SBF 120 and CAC Mid 60 indices.
