The ACHETER-LOUER.FR group, a specialist in digital marketing solutions in real estate, informs its shareholders of the addition of new resolutions to the agenda of its Combined General Meeting of September 4, 2024. This decision follows a shareholder's request received on August 8.
The draft resolutions concern the appointment of three new members to the Supervisory Board: Franck Rosset, Simon Chelli and Marine Diquélou. However, the Board of Directors does not support the adoption of these resolutions.
