VEOM Group enters judicial liquidation

The VEOM Group, a major player in the Smart Home sector, has announced the conversion of its receivership proceedings into liquidation. Decided by the Montpellier Commercial Court on April 20, 2026, this decision follows the lack of viable restructuring offers for the company.

A partial sale plan has been established in favor of the German company Loewe Technology. This solution, reviewed on April 16, 2026, includes the retention of 4 out of 14 employees. The Belgian subsidiary Chacon, however, has not found a buyer.

Furthermore, the liquidator will request the delisting of VEOM Group's shares from the Euronext Growth stock exchange in Paris. Trading in the shares remains suspended for the time being.
