Vente-unique.com acquires the Habitat brands for €11 million

The CAFOM Group has sold its Habitat brands to Vente-unique.com for €11 million. This acquisition, approved by the boards of directors of both companies, allows Vente-unique.com to strengthen its premium offering in Europe. Habitat thus becomes a key component for targeting the high-end market segment, complementing Vente-unique.com's private label brand and its home decor range.

In 2024, CAFOM granted Vente-unique.com a three-year license for the Habitat brands, with an option to purchase. Since then, Vente-unique.com has relaunched the brand, reaching a turnover of €10 million in 2025. The joint valuation set the brands' worth at €11 million, thus securing the financing for this transaction by Vente-unique.com.
