Cairn Homes Plc: Acquisition of Own Shares
On 30 September 2024, Cairn Homes plc purchased 100,000 ordinary shares, each valued at EUR 0.001. These shares were acquired both on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via the broker Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The shares will be cancelled.
On Euronext Dublin, 75,000 shares were obtained at prices ranging from €1.9560 to €1.9860, with a volume-weighted average price of €1.9687. On the London Stock Exchange, 25,000 shares were acquired at prices between £1.6280 and £1.6500, averaging £1.6355.
This transaction is part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 3 July 2024. Following this purchase and subsequent cancellation, Cairn Homes’ total number of ordinary shares stands at 630,913,979. No shares are held in treasury.
