This network includes Lansdowne Partners International Limited, Lansdowne Partners Limited, and Lansdowne Partners (UK) LLP, with an address registered on 65 Curzon Street, London. They collectively crossed the threshold on May 9, 2024.

According to the report, these entities now hold a direct 6.85% voting rights share, a decrease from the previous notification's 7.99%. The total number of voting rights now attached to the shares is 44,346,929 out of Cairn Homes’ 647,015,027 total voting rights.
