Cairn Homes Plc Announces Recent Share Buyback Activity

Cairn Homes Plc disclosed its recent purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares, valued at EUR 0.001 each, on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange as part of its ongoing share buyback program. These transactions were executed on April 25, 2024, through its broker Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.

The repurchased shares consisted of 60,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 40,000 on the London Stock Exchange. The highest price paid per share was €1.5780 on Euronext Dublin and £1.3520 on the London Stock Exchange, while the lowest prices were €1.5580 and £1.3280 respectively. The buyback is in alignment with the company's plan announced on March 3, 2023.

Post transaction settlement and cancellation, Cairn Homes' total number of ordinary shares in circulation will be reduced to 647,751,805, all of which carry voting rights. It was clarified that the company does not hold any shares in treasury moving forward.
