Cairn Homes Plc Announces Recent Share Buyback

Cairn Homes Plc disclosed a recent buyback of 100,000 of its own ordinary shares on May 2, 2024, conducted on two major stock exchanges: Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. This operation, facilitated by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, involved 65,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 35,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be cancelled as part of this process.

The highest price paid per share was €1.6300 and £1.3900 for shares bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, respectively. The lowest prices were €1.5900 and £1.3700. This transaction is a segment of a larger share buyback programme that Cairn Homes announced on March 3, 2023.

Following the completion and cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes will have a total of 647,309,030 ordinary shares in issue, each entitled to one vote. The company currently holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
