Cairn Homes Plc Announces Recent Share Buyback Transactions

Cairn Homes Plc disclosed that it has purchased 96,404 of its ordinary shares on 19 April 2024, executed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is a part of its ongoing share buyback program that was initially announced on 3 March 2023. Following this purchase, these shares will be cancelled.

In Dublin, the company bought 56,404 shares, with prices ranging from €1.5900 to €1.6020 per share. In London, 40,000 shares were acquired at prices between £1.3620 and £1.3760. Post-transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 648,147,516, and the company currently holds no shares in treasury.
