Cairn Homes Plc Announces Share Buyback Completion
Cairn Homes Plc has announced the repurchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on October 25, 2024. The shares, purchased on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, were acquired through the Company's broker, Numis Securities Ltd. The repurchased shares will be cancelled. This transaction is part of Cairn Homes' share buyback programme initiated on July 3, 2024.
The purchases included 150,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 50,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from €2.150 to €2.170 and £1.790 to £1.802 respectively. Following these transactions, Cairn Homes will have 628,484,559 ordinary shares in circulation. The company has no shares in treasury.
