Cairn Homes Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction
On 21 October 2024, Cairn Homes Plc executed a buyback of 200,000 ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The shares, with a nominal value of EUR 0.001 each, were purchased on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via its broker, Deutsche Numis. Following the transaction, these shares will be cancelled.
Specifically, 150,000 shares were acquired on Euronext Dublin and 50,000 on the London Stock Exchange, with a volume-weighted average price of €2.118 for the former and £1.765 for the latter. This operation follows the buyback scheme announced by the company on 3 July 2024.
Post-settlement, Cairn Homes will have a total of 629,280,853 ordinary shares in circulation. The company currently holds no shares in treasury.
