Cairn Homes Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction
Cairn Homes Plc announced that on 13 June 2024, it repurchased a total of 224,569 of its ordinary shares. The shares, with a value of EUR 0.001 each, were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. All repurchased shares will be canceled.
On Euronext Dublin, the company purchased 179,569 shares, while 45,000 shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid were €1.7140 and £1.4460, respectively. The company's buyback program was initially announced on 3 March 2023.
Post cancellation, Cairn Homes' total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 644,619,440, each carrying one vote. The company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. This transaction complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on Market Abuse.
