Cairn Homes Plc Buys Back Shares on Euronext Dublin and London Stock Exchange

On July 11, 2024, Cairn Homes Plc announced the repurchase of 203,433 ordinary shares on July 10, 2024. The buyback included 160,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 43,433 shares on the London Stock Exchange. Goodbody Stockbrokers UC acted as the broker for the transaction. The repurchased shares will be canceled.

For the shares bought on Euronext Dublin, prices ranged between €1.8020 and €1.8600, with a volume-weighted average of €1.8374. On the London Stock Exchange, prices varied from £1.5280 to £1.5560, with an average of £1.5458 per share.

This transaction is part of Cairn Homes’ share buyback program launched on July 3, 2024. Post-cancellation, the company will have 641,191,275 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying the right to one vote, and will hold no shares in treasury.
