Cairn Homes Plc Purchases Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc has announced the purchase of 97,838 of its ordinary shares on 15 July 2024. These shares were acquired through Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The highest and lowest prices paid were €1.8800 and €1.8600 on Euronext Dublin, and £1.5760 and £1.5580 on the London Stock Exchange, respectively. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
This transaction is part of Cairn Homes’ share buyback programme initiated on 3 July 2024. After the cancellation, Cairn Homes' total number of ordinary shares will be 640,996,605, with no shares held in treasury.
