Cairn Homes Plc Purchases Own Shares
On 3 June 2024, Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 97,515 ordinary shares, each valued at EUR 0.001. The shares were acquired via Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, facilitated by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. These shares will be canceled following the acquisition.
The buyback details include 65,000 shares purchased on Euronext Dublin at prices ranging between €1.6940 and €1.7300, and 32,515 shares on the London Stock Exchange at prices between £1.4520 and £1.4700. The average price paid was €1.7201 for Euronext and £1.4654 for the London Stock Exchange.
This transaction is part of Cairn Homes' share buyback program initiated on 3 March 2023. Following the settlement and cancellation of these shares, the total number of issued ordinary shares will be 645,385,802, with none held in treasury.
