Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes plc has announced the recent purchase of 99,185 of its ordinary shares. The transactions took place on 31st May 2024 on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, conducted through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Specifically, 64,185 shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and 35,000 on the London Stock Exchange. The highest price for shares on Euronext Dublin was €1.7120, while the highest on the London Stock Exchange was £1.4600. The repurchase is part of a share buyback programme announced on 3 March 2023.
