Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

On June 12, 2024, Cairn Homes Plc announced the acquisition of 100,000 of its ordinary shares on June 11, 2024. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were repurchased through Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via the company's broker, Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

On Euronext Dublin, Cairn Homes purchased 65,000 shares at an average price of €1.6702 per share, with a high of €1.6980 and a low of €1.6460. On the London Stock Exchange, 35,000 shares were acquired at an average price of £1.4106 per share, with a high of £1.4400 and a low of £1.3880.

This acquisition is part of Cairn Homes’ share buyback programme announced on March 3, 2023. Following the settlement and cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 644,044,009, each carrying one vote. The company holds no shares in treasury.
