Cairn Homes Plc announced that on 24th June 2024, it purchased a total of 189,202 of its ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The broker for this transaction was Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. These shares will be cancelled following the transaction.
On Euronext Dublin, Cairn Homes bought 145,202 shares, with prices ranging from €1.6380 to €1.6660, and a volume-weighted average price of €1.6501. On the London Stock Exchange, 44,000 shares were purchased with prices ranging from £1.3860 to £1.4080, and a volume-weighted average price of £1.3951.
This purchase is part of the company’s share buyback programme announced on 3 March 2023. Following the settlement and cancellation of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 643,128,421.
