Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
On May 28, 2024, Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 45,000 ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin. These shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were bought through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, the company’s broker. The acquired shares will be cancelled.
The buyback, part of the company's programme announced on March 3, 2023, was conducted at prices ranging from €1.7440 to €1.7620 per share. This results in a volume weighted average price of €1.7533 per share.
