Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares on 25 July 2024. The shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The acquired shares will be cancelled.
The company bought 70,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 30,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid were €1.8740 and £1.5760 per share, respectively. The total number of shares after this transaction will be 640,312,999, each with one vote.
The share buyback is part of a programme announced on 3 July 2024. Cairn Homes now holds no shares in treasury. Detailed breakdowns of these transactions were provided following regulations.
