Cairn Homes plc announced the purchase of 96,828 of its ordinary shares on May 22, 2024. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were acquired on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through the broker Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.
The company reported buying 65,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 31,828 shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest and lowest prices paid per share were €1.7400/€1.7120 and £1.4780/£1.4560, respectively. The volume-weighted average prices were €1.7205 and £1.4655.
These acquisitions are part of Cairn Homes' share buyback programme that started on March 3, 2023. Following this transaction, Cairn Homes will have 646,126,331 ordinary shares issued, each carrying one vote, with none held in treasury.
