Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes plc announced the purchase of 150,000 ordinary shares on 5 September 2024. The buyback took place on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers.
The company acquired 100,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 50,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid per share were €1.9400 on Euronext Dublin and £1.6340 on the London Stock Exchange.
This repurchase is part of a share buyback program announced on 3 July 2024. Following this transaction, Cairn Homes' total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 636,200,856. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.
No ordinary shares are held in treasury post-transaction. The detailed breakdown of individual trades executed by Goodbody is in compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
