Caldwell Appoints Richard W. Pehlke as New Director

Talent acquisition firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX:CWL)(OTCQX:CWLPF) announced the appointment of Richard W. Pehlke to the board of directors, effective July 11, 2024.

"I am pleased to welcome Rich to Caldwell's board," said John Wallace, CEO of Caldwell. "His considerable experience in financial and operational management will prove invaluable to our team."

Mr. Pehlke brings over 40 years of experience, having served as EVP and CFO at Heidrick & Struggles and been named Mid-Cap CFO of the Year by the Chicago Chapter of the Financial Executive Institute in 2015. His past board roles include Ideal Industries and Belgacom.

In addition, Mr. Pehlke has held senior financial positions in various industries including telecommunications and consumer products. He holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS from Valparaiso University.
