Callahan Construction Completes Fast-Track Renovations to Bentley University's Forest Hall

BRIDGEWATER, MA / ACCESSWIRE / September 10, 2024 / Callahan Construction Managers (Callahan), a construction management company based in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, completed a fast-track renovation ahead of schedule for Bentley University's Forest Hall dormitory. The project, undertaken during the student summer break, involved the renovation of 81 bathrooms in the residential building that houses sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

Bentley University selected Callahan for its extensive experience in residential and higher education construction. The tight constraints of the project allowed only 1 to 2 workers in the impacted areas at a time. Despite this, Callahan met the 10-week turnaround target, thanks to aggressive schedule tracking and constant progress monitoring.
