Camino Reports Promising Results from Los Chapitos Drilling
Camino Minerals Corporation has announced positive results from its recent drilling campaign at the Los Chapitos copper project in Peru. The Phase 1 drilling focused on expanding the mineralized body along the Diva trend corridor. Significant high-grade copper was intercepted, including 83.5 meters at 0.94% Cu in the Adriana target.
This drilling campaign further solidified geological models for zones like Mirador, Adriana, and Lourdes, confirming copper-silver bodies' continuity. The project benefits from a joint venture with Nittetsu Mining, aiming to expand exploration efforts and identify new targets.
The completed 1,036-meter drilling program expands total exploration at the site to 28,660 meters. Future plans involve further drilling to validate and explore the mineralized zones, capitalizing on the corridors' potential.
