TeamViewer SE Reports Q3 2025 Results and Adjusts Annual Forecast

TeamViewer SE has disclosed its financial performance for Q3 2025. The company reported revenue of €192.0 million, reflecting a 4% year-over-year increase on a constant currency basis. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) also rose by 4%, reaching €756.8 million. The Adjusted EBITDA margin was reported at 46%.

Despite a shortfall in ARR expectations, TeamViewer maintains its full-year revenue forecast within the original guidance of €778 million to €797 million, albeit at the lower end. Adjusted EBITDA margin guidance has been increased to around 44%, up from the previous estimate of 43%, due to effective cost management.

Looking ahead to 2026, revenue growth is expected to range between 2% and 6% year-over-year, reaching €790 million to €825 million. These figures are based on current foreign exchange rate assumptions and await an official update with the next quarterly results.
