Capcora Supports Enerland in Selling 166 MWp Solar Portfolio in Italy to DRI
DRI, based in Amsterdam, and Spanish developer Enerland have finalized a purchase agreement for a 166 MWp solar PV portfolio in Italy. Capcora, a Frankfurt-based financial advisory firm, acted as the exclusive M&A advisor for Enerland in this transaction.
The portfolio, known as Project Nox, includes four solar parks in Sardinia. Construction is expected to commence in the latter half of 2026. DRI, a subsidiary of Ukraine's DTEK Group, expands its Italian portfolio to over 522 MWp with this acquisition.
John Stuart, CEO of DRI, highlights Italy’s strategic importance for renewable energy and agricultural synergy. Enerland’s leadership expressed optimism about the partnership, while Capcora emphasized the value of cross-border cooperation.
Legal advice was provided by Legance for DRI and Rödl & Partner for Enerland.
