CAPELLI STRENGTHENS ITS OPERATIONAL DEPARTMENT WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO EMPLOYEES IN MARSEILLE

Established for several years in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region through an agency in Marseille, CAPELLI is strengthening its local team with the arrival of two experienced real estate professionals. These appointments are part of the Group's development strategy.

Nihad AHRRAM is appointed Director of the Marseille agency. She will combine this position with that of PACA Development Director. Holder of a law degree, she followed a career in the real estate sector, notably at ERA Immobilier, IMMALLIANCE Group and ELGEA Group. Recruited by CAPELLI in June 2022, she now manages a team of 9 employees.

Anthony RAPPA becomes Deputy Director of the Marseille agency and Operational Director. A graduate in Civil Engineering, he worked at BOUYGUES Immobilier, BPD Marignan and PITCH Immo. Recruited in June 2024, he will strengthen the agency's production management.

These appointments come after several successful projects in the PACA region, including residencies in Hyères, Nice and Marseille.
