Capgemini Proposes Changes to its Board of Directors
On February 17, 2025, Capgemini SE's Board of Directors considered a proposal for its upcoming Shareholders' Meeting on May 7, 2025. The proposal involves renewing the terms of Patrick Pouyanné and Kurt Sievers and appointing Jean-Marc Chéry to the Board for four years. Jean-Marc Chéry is currently the President and CEO of STMicroelectronics, bringing valuable insights in technology, artificial intelligence, and industries like automotive and energy. His independence aligns with the AFEP-MEDEF Code. If approved, the Board will comprise 15 directors, with 83% considered independent, 40% having international profiles, and 42% being women.
