Capgemini Publishes Preparatory Documents for 2025 Shareholders' Meeting
Capgemini SE has announced the release of preparatory documents for its Combined Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for May 7, 2025. The meeting will take place at 2 p.m. CET at Pavillon Gabriel, Paris. Attendees can access documents and information on Capgemini's website.
The meeting will be broadcast live, with a recording available online seven working days after the event. The first Notice of Meeting, published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on March 21, 2025, includes the meeting agenda and draft resolutions. Shareholders can access this on the company's website.
