CARBIOS: New Governance and Strategic Objectives

CARBIOS, an innovative company specializing in biological plastic recycling, announces a reorganization of its governance. Isabelle Parize has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors, and Vincent Kamel becomes Chief Executive Officer. This decision follows the resignation of Philippe Pouletty, President and co-founder, who has held the position since December 2024 on a transitional basis.

CARBIOS's new primary objective is to secure the necessary financing for the construction of its PET biorecycling plant in Longlaville. Preparations for the start of construction continue. Vincent Kamel, with 38 years of experience in chemistry, is thus continuing his commitment to the company, which he began in 2021.

Isabelle Parize, with her varied experience, notably at Procter & Gamble and Douglas AG, has been a member of the CARBIOS Board of Directors since 2022. Her appointment brings new momentum to the company's development strategy.
