Carpinienne de Participations announces its liquidation

Rallye and its parent companies, Foncière Euris, Finatis and Euris, following the financial reorganization of Casino on March 27, 2024, lost control of the latter. As a result, Rallye now holds only 0.1% of Casino's capital. This development has led these entities to request the resolution of their safeguard plans and the initiation of judicial liquidation procedures.

As a result, Carpinienne de Participations, directly affected by the performance of its parent company Finatis and holding a 5.14% share in Foncière Euris, is in cessation of payments as of March 28, 2024. It has therefore requested the opening of a judicial liquidation procedure while requesting the suspension of the listing of its shares on the Stock Exchange, a suspension which should result in a definitive deregistration of the securities within the framework of this procedure.
