Carrefour Announces Voting Rights and Share Numbers for March 2024

Carrefour, the French multinational corporation, has updated its total number of voting rights and shares as of 31 March 2024. According to the latest information, which is mandatory under articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Market Authority, the total issued shares for Carrefour amount to 708,790,816.

The real number of voting rights, excluding treasury shares, stands at 868,589,576. Meanwhile, the theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares, is reported to be 887,829,172. These updates are essential for complying with French financial regulations and provide transparency to investors and regulatory bodies alike.
