Carrefour Announces Total Voting Rights and Shares Update
Carrefour, the French multinational corporation, has disclosed the latest figures regarding its issued shares and voting rights. As of May 31, 2025, the company reports a total of 736,314,789 issued shares. These figures are crucial for transparency in shareholder voting processes and corporate governance.
In terms of voting rights, Carrefour lists 857,726,845 real voting rights, which exclude treasury shares. These rights enable shareholders to influence decisions made during annual general meetings. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, stands at 887,808,096, as per the regulations defined by the French financial market authority.
