Carrefour Board Proposes Renewal of CEO Alexandre Bompard's Term
On July 24, 2025, Carrefour's Board of Directors proposed the renewal of Alexandre Bompard's term as Chairman and CEO at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 22, 2026. This proposal received unanimous support from the Board's Governance Committee, highlighting confidence in Bompard's leadership.
