Saadé Family Joins Carrefour’s Board as Core Shareholder
Carrefour has announced a significant addition to its Board of Directors. The Saadé family, through their entity Carrix, now holds approximately 4% of Carrefour’s share capital. The family is also aligned with CMA CGM. Rodolphe Saadé will represent Carrix on the board, succeeding Peninsula and its representative, Eduardo Rossi. This change is effective December 1, 2025, with a term lasting until the 2028 Annual General Meeting.
Rodolphe Saadé expressed enthusiasm over this new role, highlighting the alignment of Carrefour's transformation with his family's values. Alexandre Bompard, Carrefour’s CEO, welcomed Saadé, citing his experience as beneficial for the company’s growth and governance.
