Carrefour's Voting Rights and Shares Update as of May 2024
Carrefour, a French société anonyme with a share capital of €1,729,866,265, has released information concerning its total number of voting rights and shares. This update, provided pursuant to article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French financial market authority, reflects data effective as of 31 May 2024.
As of this date, Carrefour reports a total of 691,946,506 issued shares. The real number of voting rights, excluding treasury shares, stands at 868,419,775. Including treasury shares, the theoretical number of voting rights is 870,815,061, as per article 223-11 of the regulation mentioned above.
