Carsten Franke Appointed Chief Operations Officer at Dormakaba Holding AG

Rümlang, 23 May 2024 – Dormakaba Holding AG has announced the appointment of Carsten Franke as Chief Operations Officer (COO) and member of the Executive Committee, effective 1 August 2024. Franke brings a wealth of experience in driving operational excellence through optimized manufacturing and supply chain improvements.

Since 2020, Carsten Franke has served as COO for Electrolux Group in Stockholm, where he led initiatives in manufacturing optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reductions. His achievements include significant advancements in Health & Safety and carbon emission reductions. Prior to Electrolux, he held leadership positions including COO for Business Area EMEA and Vice President Supply Chain EMEA.

Carsten Franke succeeds Alex Housten, whose departure was announced in December 2023. Till Reuter, CEO of Dormakaba Group, expressed confidence in Franke's ability to achieve the company’s operational goals as part of its ongoing transformation program.
