Casino Group: Agreement with Rocca and Auchan Retail France for the sale of Codim 2

The Casino group announced the signing of a unilateral purchase promise for the sale of its Codim 2 subsidiary in Corsica. This subsidiary operates four hypermarkets, nine supermarkets, three Cash & Carry and two drives, with a turnover excluding taxes of 332 million euros in 2023.

As part of this agreement, the Rocca group will take over all the stores under the Auchan brand and the employees of the stores and the Codim 2 headquarters. The completion of the sale is conditional on consultation with the staff representative bodies and on authorization from competition authorities.
