Casino Group confirms repayment of Quatrim bonds

Casino Group announced that it has made two repayments of its secured debt linked to its subsidiary Quatrim. These repayments total €23.5 million, including €3.5 million on June 25 and €20 million on August 1. They concern €23 million in principal and €0.5 million in accrued interest.

Following this transaction, the nominal amount of the Quatrim covered bonds remains at €198 million. This announcement is made within the current legal and regulatory framework and does not constitute an offer to sell or purchase securities.
