Crédit Agricole Normandie-Seine will submit a repurchase program for its own cooperative investment certificates (CICs) to its combined general meeting on March 27, 2025, for approval. The Caisse currently holds 5,012 CICs, representing 0.48% of the total certificates and 0.08% of the share capital. These CICs are used by Kepler Chevreux for market stimulation in accordance with AMF Decision 2021-01.

The program aims to allow the Fund to trade its CCIs, both on and off the stock market, for uses permitted by law or regulation. The objective is, in particular, to ensure market activity and to be able to cancel acquired CCIs. The repurchase may not exceed 10% of the total CCIs, or 105,362 shares, at a maximum price of €250 each.

This program, with a maximum duration of 18 months, will end no later than September 27, 2026, unless renewed at a future general meeting.
