CDC Updates EMTN Programme with Second Supplement
Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) announced the approval of its second supplement to the base prospectus for its €25,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) programme. The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) granted approval number 24-275 on July 4, 2024.
This supplement updates and completes the base prospectus dated 8 April 2024, incorporating the 2023 Financial Report, the 2023 Business Review, and the 2023 Corporate Social Responsibility Report. The base prospectus, supplemented by this and a prior supplement dated 6 June 2024, must be read in conjunction.
The updated prospectus ensures compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended. Investors can obtain copies of the updated documents from the CDC’s website or the AMF's portal.
No significant new factors, material omissions, or inaccuracies affecting the assessment of the notes have been disclosed, other than those updated in this supplement.
