CD&R Foundation Grants £1.3 Million to Support UK Non-Profits

The CD&R Foundation has announced grants totaling £1.3 million to three UK-based non-profit organisations: Business Launchpad, IMO Charity, and Streets of Growth. These grants, to be disbursed over the next three years, aim to advance economic opportunity and employment through targeted support to young people.

Established in 2021, the Foundation has committed approximately £26 million to 37 organisations. The current grantees join existing partners such as MCR Pathways, Generation UK, and Football Beyond Borders, expanding the reach of CD&R's Talent Solution Partners network.

The new cohort focuses on social, educational, and employment support, aiming to provide early interventions for young people aged 10 to 30. These efforts are designed to help youths overcome challenging social conditions, continue their education, and succeed in employment.

CD&R Co-President Dave Novak emphasizes that expanding educational and employment access aligns with the firm's long-term values, contributing to a resilient future.
