Celia Pelaz Resigns from HENSOLDT AG Management Board

Celia Pelaz will step down from her position as a member of the Management Board of HENSOLDT AG at the end of August 31, 2024. This decision was mutually agreed upon by the Supervisory Board and Ms. Pelaz.

Reiner Winkler, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Pelaz's significant contributions, particularly her role in the carve-out from the Airbus Group and the IPO in 2020. Pelaz also led the Spectrum Dominance and Airborne Solutions division, contributing to the strategic direction of the company.

Pelaz joined the Management Board in July 2021 as Chief Strategy Officer and became Chief Operating Officer in April 2024. She has expressed pride in HENSOLDT's achievements and extended her best wishes to the company and its employees.
