CellC Modernizes Service Assurance with Amdocs Helix Suite

JERSEY CITY, NJ / ACCESSWIRE / June 4, 2024 / Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) has announced that CellC, a South African communications service provider, has adopted the Amdocs cloud-native Helix Service Assurance Suite to modernize its service assurance.

This deployment aims to transform CellC's fault and performance management by leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. The suite will enable CellC to enhance customer satisfaction through improved service quality, better root cause analysis, real-time network performance monitoring, and reduction in Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR).
