CENIT AG Acquires 60% Stake in US-Based Analysis Prime LLC
Stuttgart, 17 July 2024 - CENIT North America LLC, a subsidiary of CENIT AG, has acquired a 60% stake in Analysis Prime LLC, a specialist in SAP analytics and planning. The acquisition, effective immediately, aims to strengthen CENIT's presence in North America.
Founded in 2018 and based in Chicago, Analysis Prime LLC has a team of 72 experts. The company specializes in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Profitability and Performance Management, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Group Reporting. With over 300 projects completed globally, it projects sales exceeding 25 million USD in 2024.
The acquisition expands CENIT Group's footprint in the USA, adding locations in Auburn Hills and Chicago. It will enable strategic cross- and up-selling opportunities for Analysis Prime LLC within the CENIT portfolio, encompassing PLM, AI, and cloud software solutions.
Analysis Prime will continue as an independent entity, branded "a CENIT company," under the leadership of its current Managing Partners, Graylin Johnson and Paul Davis.
