Centerra Gold Advances Drilling at Kestrel's QCM Property
Kestrel Gold Inc. announced updates on Centerra Gold Inc.'s recent drilling at Kestrel's QCM property in central British Columbia. Centerra, with an option to acquire a 75% interest in the property, conducted an eight-hole reverse circulation drill program totaling 1,096.94 meters. These efforts follow Kestrel's 2022 findings in the 14 Vein zone. The most notable results include 144.2 meters averaging 0.66 g/t Au in hole QCM-24-RC003, with a 42.66-meter segment averaging 1.07 g/t Au.
Additional promising intervals were recorded in holes QCM-24-RC001 and QCM-24-RC004. Centerra's plan involves extensive exploration to solidify understanding of the geological controls on gold mineralization. Significant gold values encountered affirm potential, with future drilling anticipated.
